I'm Austin Laubach. I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and I'm finishing a B.S. in Computer Science at UMBC, graduating in May 2027.

Right now I build whatever interests me or fixes a problem in my own life: a job-application tool, a browser extension, a battery indicator for macOS, a multiplayer game. Next I want to work closer to the hardware: signal processing and lower-level C++, toward my long-term goal of working in biocomputing. I'd also like to do more with games. I love them, and I enjoy making them.

Outside of code I read and watch a lot of science fiction, and I hike.
